Do I need Inbox IQ to use Chat IQ?

No. Chat IQ works completely on its own, with its own knowledge base and its own handoff-by-email option. If Inbox IQ is also active, Chat IQ automatically shares its knowledge base and routes handoffs into the same inbox.

Does my data go through your servers?

No. Chat IQ calls your own AI provider directly from your site using your own API key. Nothing passes through Kolton's infrastructure.

Can I fully change how the bubble looks?

Yes. Position, size, icon (upload your own or pick a preset), colors, header text, and corner style are all configurable from the plugin's settings.
