Why these exist
I know what a great customer experience feels like. These are the tools I wished existed.
By day I am a Customer Experience Solutions Engineer at a large SaaS company. I untangle workflows, automate the tedious parts, and figure out how teams actually move faster.
Most tools on the market are built by people guessing at that job. These are built by someone doing it.
